To provide better and more stable Cloud Load Balancer (CLB) and Elastic IP (EIP) services, the platform plans to undergo an upgrade for the control plane version of CLB and EIP services. See the following information:

November 28, 2023 (UTC+8) (Monday) to 01:00-03:00 February 5, 2024 (UTC+8) (Monday)
Upgrade impact:
1. During the upgrade, there is no impact on the service traffic and data forwarding.
2. During the upgrade, operation exceptions such as listener configuration failure may occur for about 3 seconds when you configure CLB or EIP instances through the console or API.
It is recommended that you do not configure or perform other operations on CLB or EIP instances during the upgrade time period. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Thank you for your support!
