Transparency Report for VooV Meeting

First App Holdings Limited (“First App”, “we”, “our”, “us”) offers a mere conduit service under the DSA and, in accordance with the requirements of Article 15 of the DSA, we have prepared and published this transparency report for the period specified at the start of this document (the “Reporting Period”). This report relates solely to the VooV Meeting service (“Service”) and does not cover any other services or products provided by other companies in the Tencent group.
Pending the full implementation of the European Commission’s implementing act which sets out templates for transparency reporting obligations under the DSA, we have prepared our report, ensuring the information provides helpful insight in accordance with DSA requirements.
Orders received from Member States’ authorities
Under Article 9 and 10 of the DSA, European Union Member States’ authorities may issue orders to us requesting that we (a) act against specific items of illegal content; and (b) provide information about specific individual recipients of the Service.
A. Number of orders to act against illegal content (Art. 9 DSA)
During this Reporting Period, we received zero (0) orders to act against specific items of illegal content from European Union Member States’ authorities issued under Article 9 of the DSA.
B. Number of orders to provide user information (Art. 10 DSA)
During this Reporting Period, we received zero (0) orders to provide information about specific individual recipients of the service from European Union Member States’ authorities issued under Article 10 of the DSA.
Complaints received
During this Reporting Period, we received zero (0) complaints for further consideration.
Content moderation on our own initiative
As we are a videoconferencing application with no content of our own, we do not conduct own initiative content moderation and do not use automated means for content moderation. Therefore, we have not taken any action (e.g. suspension of accounts or removing or restricting content) based on own initiative content moderation.
