The bill includes the bill data generated by using cloud services by the reseller itself and its customers, which can be filtered and distinguished by Owner Account ID field.
The bill is the settlement bill between the reseller and Tencent Cloud. The reseller can pay Tencent Cloud and request invoices based on this bill.
