On May 19, 2023, TDSQL-C for MySQL integrated Cloud Access Management (CAM) permissions into DescribeInstanceSpecs and ModifyClusterTag APIs. If there are issues with the internal and external sub-account users, such as the inability to view the purchased cluster instance specifications or the inability to modify cluster tags, contact the root account for CAM authorization.

Note
After CAM permissions are integrated into DescribeInstanceSpecs and ModifyClusterTag APIs, for users logging into the console with internal and external sub-accounts, if there is an issue where instance specifications cannot be displayed during cluster purchase or cluster tags cannot be modified after purchase, it is necessary to obtain CAM authorization from the root account. After authorization, normal use can be resumed.
