To make it more convenient for you to use RabbitMQ, Tencent Cloud has introduced a feature that allows switch between pay-as-you-go and monthly subscription billing modes. This document describes the directions for switching the billing mode in the RabbitMQ console.
Conversion Rules
Once the billing mode conversion and payment are successfully completed, the cluster will immediately be billed according to the new billing mode, with the new cluster start time being the time of successful conversion.
After the cluster’s billing mode is converted, the public network bandwidth billing mode will also be automatically converted.
RabbitMQ clusters converted from pay-as-you-go to monthly subscription do not support unconditional refunds within five days.
Usage Restrictions
Only clusters in the Running status support billing mode conversion. Clusters in Isolating, Provisioning, or Error status do not support billing mode changes.
2. In the left sidebar, click Cluster > Cluster, and then click More > Convert to Monthly Subscription in the operation column of the target cluster.
3. In the pop-up window for switching from pay-as-you-go to monthly subscription, set the renewal duration and choose whether to enable auto-renewal based on your needs.
4. Check the box for I have read and agree to the billing mode conversion rules, and then click Confirm.
5. Complete the payment as prompted on the page to complete the conversion process.
