Note:
Max mic-on users: A maximum of 17 users (including teachers and students) can turn their mics on at the same time. If a room already has 17 mic-on users, for an 18th user to turn their mic on, one of the 17 mic-on users has to turn their mic off first.
Recording storage：Recordings, course materials, blackboard notes, and other content occupy storage space. Different packages offer corresponding free storage quotas. If the storage limit is exceeded, additional fees will apply. For detailed billing rules, please refer to the storage section description.
Export whiteboard notes: Refers to recording the teacher's operations on the whiteboard during the course. After the course ends, it supports exporting whiteboard notes for students to review.
Courseware formats: Supports displaying courseware in various formats such as ppt/pptx/doc/docx/pdf/H5 courseware. H5 courseware is only supported in the flagship package and above.
Courseware transcoding: When uploading courseware, both Dynamic Transcoding and Static Transcoding are supported. Dynamic Transcoding supports converting ppt/pptx to HTML5, preserving the motion effects in ppt/pptx. Static Transcoding supports converting courseware in ppt/pptx/doc/docx/pdf formats into static images for display on the whiteboard.
Basic beauty filters (brightening, smooth skin, rosy skin), Virtual backgrounds:
Web: Due to the impact of Domain Authentication, customers cannot use the basic beauty filter and virtual background capabilities when using a custom domain name on the Web.
Windows and macOS: This feature is only available in versions installed through the default installation package. If you need a specific package name, you must Contact us purchase a TE SDK license separately.
Trial edition: The usage period is one month, and any unused complimentary services do not accumulate. They will be reissued on the first day of the following month.
