Basic search
The Data Extraction feature helps you quickly search all asset information under the main account by keywords and other conditions. Click Advanced Search or Enter to access advanced search.
Recently Viewed
Recently browsed includes the tables you have recently viewed, displayed in reverse chronological order of browsing time, showing the latest 5 records. The display format is Database Name and Table Name.
My Favorites
My Favorites will show the tables recently favorited by the user, in reverse chronological order of favoriting time. Click View All to jump to the My Favorites module to view all favorited tables.
Advanced search
Search Scope
The left side of the data retrieval page is the search area, allowing you to further refine search results based on data source type, data source, database, and other conditions.
In Expand More, you can also search by business attributes such as asset status, directory, Tag, level, etc., helping you quickly find the required table.
Search box
The top of the data retrieval page is the search box, where you can reset keywords according to your needs. Next to the search box, you can click My Favorites to enter the My Favorites module.
Recently Viewed
Recently Viewed displays the last 10 browsing records for your convenience.
Search Results
Search Results will sort relevant data assets by matching degree, search term, and business attributes. The data result list includes information like data source type, owner, asset catalog, Tag, fields, etc., providing features such as viewing lineage, permission application, and favoriting/unfavoriting. Additionally, you can sort by table name or popularity.
Table View
In the Card View, you can also browse the search results in Table format (the default is Card View). Adjust the displayed fields in Settings for easier search and inspection. See the Table View diagram below.
Additionally, you can adjust preferences in the Settings button to choose between Swipe or New Window Navigation. We also support adjustment of display fields in the Table View.
