After selecting multiple assets, you can perform batch moving, batch removal, batch publishing, and batch decommissioning operations on the assets.
Batch Move
Enter the Asset Inventory page, select the assets to move, click the Batch Move at the top, and you can batch move the assets to other directory nodes.
Batch Removal
Enter the Asset Inventory page, select the assets to remove, click the Batch Remove at the top, and you can batch remove the assets from the current directory node.
Batch Publish
The batch publishing feature supports selecting multiple assets at once for batch publishing. You can also fill in the reason for the application, facilitating record management of the publishing.
Note:
Only published assets can be browsed in the asset directory.
Enter the Asset Inventory page, select the assets to publish, click the Batch Publish at the top, and you can batch publish the assets at once.
Batch Offline
You can also batch offline the selected assets.
Enter the Asset Inventory page, select the assets to offline, click the Batch Offline at the top, and you can batch offline the assets at once.
Note:
After going offline, the assets will not be searchable in the asset catalog; users who have already obtained permission can continue to use them.
