Refund Instructions
TCADH offers three types of services: Avatar image procurement, broadcasting service, and interactive service. Refer below for related refund instructions:
Avatar customization, Voice Reproduce (VRS), Video Generation Service - Hourly Package, and Audio Generation Service - Hourly Package are one-time purchases and refunds are not supported. Once officially purchased, refunds are not supported, and Tencent Cloud has the right to reject your refund requests.
Image leasing, broadcasting concurrency, and interaction concurrency are monthly subscription billing items and refunds are supported.
Refund Process
You can submit a refund application by submitting a ticket. The cancellation amount is the amount paid for the order. Cash, free credit and part of cash vouchers are supported for full refund. Vouchers/discount coupons are not supported for refund.
The specific process is as follows:
Log in to Tencent Cloud official website and enter the Submit Ticket page to apply for a refund. Fill in the reason for return and problem description and then submit the ticket.
After submission, the ticket will enter the review stage, and Tencent Cloud customer service staff will process your application within two working days.
After the work order review is passed, the system will perform the return products operation.
You can view return orders on the order management page in the expense center. The order status is "refunded". You can view the payment on the expense center page. If the review is not passed, you can view the review results in the ticket. Notes:
Before initiating the refund process, please check whether the resource belongs to Refund Instructions. If not, it cannot be refunded.
