Free Recording Storage

The Cloud Contact Center provides full call dual-track recording with 3 months of free storage by default. Enterprises can transfer recordings to Tencent Cloud COS for cloud-based storage and obtain recordings to local storage using API pull or push notification features.

Recording Transfer to COS

The Cloud Contact Center supports transferring call recordings to a Tencent Cloud COS bucket for cloud-based storage. The Tencent Cloud COS Service must be purchased separately by the business. After associating the bucket, recordings will be generated and transferred in real-time to the associated bucket after each call ends.
1. Purchase Tencent Cloud Object Storage COS bucket and enable COS service. See Tencent Cloud Object Storage COS.
2. Log in to the Cloud Contact Center Console, select the corresponding TCCC application, and click Data and Recording Management.
3. Enable the phone call recording backup to COS switch. First enabling requires COS authorization via the console guide.
4. Select the COS bucket to associate. After association, recordings will be transferred in real time to the associated bucket after each call ends.
5. You can use a COS custom domain name

Recording Retrieval

Tencent Cloud Contact Center (TCCC) supports call recording retrieval through API interface. Specific operation steps can be viewed in the API document Search Call Records and Recording.
