From the 1st to the 3rd of each month, the system calculates the total API calls from the previous month for settlement, generates the corresponding bill, and automatically deducts the fees. If your account balance becomes negative after the deduction, Video Creation Large Model will stop service 24 hours later. The service will be recovered once you top up your account to a positive balance. After service suspension, even if your previously purchased prepaid package still has remaining credits, the resource package deduction will still pause. Once the balance becomes positive, the system will automatically recover the resource package deduction feature.
To avoid affecting your business, promptly, visit the Tencent Cloud console's Billing Center to top up after an arrears notification is received.
