The uint64 built-in function is used to implement uint64 types. 
uint64(v: string): object

Parameters

The string format of uint64 type data.

Return

The returned objects, which have the following methods:
toString(), returns a string;
toJSON(), called when using JSON.stringify();

Samples

Use uint64:
export default function () {
  let a = {
      k: uint64("18446744073709551615")
  }
  // The toJSON() method is called when using JSON.stringify().
  // {"k":"18446744073709551615"}
  console.log(JSON.stringify(a)); 
  // 18446744073709551615
  console.log(a.k.toString());
}
