Overview

This document describes how to transcode, watermark, and moderate audio/video files in the VOD console.

Directions

1. Log in to the VOD console and select Application Management on the left sidebar.
2. Select the target application.
3. You will be directed to the Service Overview page.
4. Go to Media Assets > Video/Audio Management > Uploaded. Select one or more files. Above the list, click the operation you want to perform on the selected files. On the Media processing page, configure the processing parameters and click Confirm.

Transcoding/Moderation/Task Flow Template
Watermark Template
Thumbnail
Transcoding
If the processing type is transcoding, you will need to select a transcoding template.
Click Select template to select from existing templates.
You can also use common templates.
Do not add a watermark.
Use the default watermark.
Select a watermark template.
Select whether to use the first frame as the thumbnail.
Adaptive bitrate streaming
If the processing type is adaptive bitrate streaming, you will need to select one or multiple transcoding templates.
Do not add a watermark.
Use the default watermark.
Select a watermark template.
Select whether to use the first frame as the thumbnail.
Top Speed Codec transcoding
If the processing type is TSC transcoding, you will need to select a TSC transcoding template.
Do not add a watermark.
Use the default watermark.
Select a watermark template.
Select whether to use the first frame as the thumbnail.
Task flow
If the processing type is task flow, you will need to select a task flow template.

If the processing type is content moderation, you will need to select a moderation template.

Remaster
If the processing type is remaster, you will need to select a remaster template.
