1. BACKGROUND

This Module applies if you use TI Platform (Feature). This Module is incorporated into the Data Privacy and Security Agreement located at (DPSA). Terms used but not defined in this Module shall have the meaning given to them in the DPSA. In the event of any conflict between the DPSA and this Module, this Module shall apply to the extent of the inconsistency.

2. PROCESSING

We will process the following data in connection with the Feature:
Personal Information
Use
Training Log Data(Records during algorithm training).
We only process this data for the purposes of providing the Feature to you. Please note that this data is integrated with our Cloud Block Storage (CBS), TDSQL for MySQL (TDSQL), Message Queue CKafka (CKafka), and Elasticsesarch Service (ES) features for this purpose. This data is also integrated with, and stored and backed up in your purchased storage space in our Cloud Object Storage (COS) feature.
Inference Log Data(Records in the running process after the algorithm goes online)
Training Task Configuration Data(Parameters for the algorithm training task)
We only process this data for the purposes of providing the Feature to you. Please note that this data is integrated with our TDSQL, CKafka, and ES features for this purpose.
Inference Service Configuration Data(Parameters for the algorithm training task online)
User Annotation Data(Labels for user-annotated data (from the features of the platform)
We only process this data for the purposes of providing the Feature to you. Please note that this data is integrated with our TDSQL, CKafka, and ES features for this purpose. This data is also integrated with, and stored and backed up in our COS feature.
Training Model Data (Model file generated after algorithm training)
We only process this data for the purposes of providing the Feature to you. Please note that this data is integrated with our TDSQL, CKafka, and ES features for this purpose. This data is also integrated with, and stored and backed up in your purchased storage space in our COS feature.

5. DATA RETENTION

We will store personal data processed in connection with the Feature as follows:
Personal Information
Retention Policy
Training Log Data
We retain such data for 7 days. You may also opt to increase the retention period by procuring services of our Cloud Log Service (CLS) feature.
Inference Log Data
We retain such data for 7 days. You may also opt to increase the retention period by procuring services of our CLS feature.
Training Task Configuration Data
We retain the data for as long as your chosen data retention time limit, or until you manually delete the training task or notebook. Otherwise, when you delete your account or terminate your use of the Feature, we will delete such data after 7 days.
Inference Service Configuration Data
We retain the data for as long as your chosen data retention time limit, or until you manually delete the training task or notebook. Otherwise, when you delete your account or terminate your use of the Feature, we will delete such data after 7 days.
User Annotation Data
This data is not stored.
Training Model Data
This data is not stored.

You can request deletion of such personal data in accordance with the DPSA.

6. SPECIAL CONDITIONS

You must ensure that this Feature is only used by end users who are of at least the minimum age at which an individual can consent to the processing of their personal data. This may be different depending on the jurisdiction in which an end user is located.
