Describes information on an event.
Used by actions: DescribeEvents.

| StartTime | String | Event start time. |
| EndTime | String | Event end time. If the event is still ongoing and has not ended, the end time will be empty. |
| CurrentStatus | String | Current status: Normally, Informational, Degradation. |
