Terminal Performance Monitoring Data Processing And Security Agreement

1.BACKGROUND
This Module applies if you use Terminal Performance Monitoring (“Feature”). This Module is incorporated into the Data Processing and Security Agreement located at DPSA. Terms used but not defined in this Module shall have the meaning given to them in the DPSA. In the event of any conflict between the DPSA and this Module, this Module shall apply to the extent of the inconsistency.
2.PROCESSING
We will process the following data in connection with the Feature:
Personal Information | Use |
User device and interaction information: Device and network information (such as device model, client IP, timestamp, operating system information, device ID, network type and operator, device brand, CPU architecture, battery level, distribution channel, whether device is rooted, country/region) Application and user information (such as device ID, user ID, application version, build ID, SDK version) User operation information (Data on user interactions with the application, such as type of user’s click operations, control information, encrypted static text content, data relating to user page navigation) | We use this information for the purpose of providing this Feature to you. Please note that this data is integrated with our TDMQ for CKafka (Kafka), Tencent Cloud TCHouse-C (ClickHouse), Cloud Virtual Machine (CVM) and Tencent Kubernetes Engine (TKE) features for this purpose, and stored in our Kafka and ClickHouse features. Device and network information and application and user information are additionally stored in our Cloud Object Storage (COS) feature. |
Configuration data: Configuration data relating to your custom filtering dimensions Your uploaded data for calculations Your uploaded string fields for viewing event details | We use this information for the purpose of providing this Feature to you, in accordance to your specific configuration. Please note that this data is integrated with our Kafka, ClickHouse, CVM and TKE features for this purpose, and stored in our Kafka and ClickHouse features. |
Probe data: probe task ID, session ID for execution of the probe task, probe protocol, duration, domain, network latency information, success rates and performance metrics. | We use this information for the purpose of providing this Feature to you. Please note that this data is integrated with our Kafka, ClickHouse, CVM and TKE features for this purpose, and stored in our Kafka and ClickHouse features. |
Performance and error metrics data: Error and performance information (such as feature, page ID, stack information, crash and ANR information, memory information (including memory status, warnings, usage, thresholds), CPU status, leakage information) Fluency, browser and launch information (such as fluency and lag information, browser information and JS error information, error reason, launch performance information) Network and domain information (such as domain name, network request protocol, network information, server operator and region, server IP, HTTP/socket/request errors, network error information) Page launch and load information (such as metrics on page load time and status, user agent, browser details, slow page load causes) | We use this information for the purpose of providing this Feature to you. Please note that this data is integrated with and stored in our Kafka, ClickHouse, CVM and TKE features for this purpose, and stored in our Kafka and ClickHouse features. Error and performance information is additionally stored in our Cloud Object Storage (COS) feature. |
Diagnostic and Debugging Data: Stack raw file, Android runtime log data, Android crash analysis file, system information, register information, binary files, custom files uploaded during a crash or ANR. | We use this information for the purpose of providing this Feature to you. Please note that this data is integrated with our CVM and TKE features for this purpose, and stored in our COS feature. |
Application instance and symbol table file information: customer application instance ID and information, file name stored in COS, symbol table file details, build ID, timestamps, client IP. | We use this information for the purpose of providing this Feature to you. Please note that this data is integrated with our TencentDB for Redis (Redis), CVM and TKE features for this purpose, and stored in our Cloud File Storage (CFS) feature. |
3.SERVICE REGION
As specified in the DPSA. The main servers for this Feature are in Singapore, the United States, and Germany, based on the service region chosen by you.
4.SUB-PROCESSORS
As specified in the DPSA.
5.DATA RETENTION
We will store personal data processed in connection with the Feature as follows:

You can request deletion of such personal data in accordance with the DPSA.
6.SPECIAL CONDITIONS
You must ensure that this Feature is only used by end users who are of at least the minimum age at which an individual can consent to the processing of their personal data. This may be different depending on the jurisdiction in which an end user is located.
You represent, warrant and undertake that you shall provide all necessary notices, and obtain and maintain all necessary consents from end users, in respect of the processing of their personal data in respect of the Feature, in accordance with applicable laws, and so as to enable us to comply with the same. You agree you will indemnify and hold Tencent harmless from and against all claims, liabilities, costs, expenses, loss or damage (including consequential losses, loss of profit and loss of reputation and all interest, penalties and legal and other professional costs and expenses) incurred by Tencent arising directly or indirectly from a breach of this requirement.
