1.INTRODUCTION

This Module applies if you use the TencentCloud Automation Tools (“Feature”). This Module is incorporated into the privacy policy located at Privacy Policy. Terms used but not defined in this Module shall have the meaning given to them in the Privacy Policy. In the event of any conflict between the Privacy Policy and this Module, this Module shall apply to the extent of the inconsistency.

2.CONTROLLERSHIP

The controller of the personal information described in this Module is as specified in the Privacy Policy.

3.AVAILABILITY

This Feature is available to users globally but primarily intended for users located in the same country/region as the selected service region for optimal performance.

4.HOW WE USE PERSONAL INFORMATION

We will use the information in the following ways:

Business Log File that contains:command ID, command name, username, description, formatted description, content, command type, working directory, timeout, enable parameter, default parameters", output COS bucket URL, output COS key prefix, invocation ID, invocation task ID, task status, exit code, output, instance ID, action, request ID, APPID, UIN, sub account UIN, client IP, region, version, request source, language
We use this information for the purpose of providing this Feature to you and monitoring daily operations, including troubleshooting and reporting to our Cloud Audit feature. Please note that business log data for this Feature will be uploaded to our Cloud Log Service (CLS) feature for real-time log queries and display. Please note that APPID, UIN, sub account UIN, client IP, instance ID and command ID will also be integrated with our Tag feature for cloud resource management.
We process this information as it’s necessary for us to perform our contract with you to provide the Services.
Error Log File that contains: command ID, command name, username, description, formatted description, content, command type, working directory, timeout, enable parameter, default parameters", output COS bucket URL, output COS key prefix, invocation ID, invocation task ID, task status, exit code, output, instance ID, action, request ID, APPID, UIN, sub account UIN, client IP, region, version, request source, language
We use this information for troubleshooting, including to analyze system abnormalities and identify program errors and faults. Please note that error log data for this Feature will be uploaded to our Cloud Log Service (CLS) feature for real-time log queries and display. Please note that APPID, UIN, sub account UIN, client IP, instance ID and command ID will also be integrated with our Tag feature for cloud resource management.
We process this information as it’s necessary for us to perform our contract with you to provide the Services.

5.HOW WE STORE AND SHARE PERSONAL INFORMATION

As specified in the Privacy Policy.
