To facilitate your use of Tencent Cloud Video Creation Large Model, if you do not use the Video Creation Large Model resource package after the purchase, you can refund it in 7 days (inclusive) unconditionally.
7-Day Unconditional Refund Description
For a single Tencent Cloud account, an unused Video Creation Large Model resource package is eligible for a full refund within 7 days (inclusive)from the date of successful shipping of the new order. The refund can be completed in Resource Package Management.
For orders meeting the criteria for a 7-day unconditional refund, the refund amount will be the total amount paid at the time of purchase, including the cash account amount, earnings transferred to the account, and gift account amount (rebates or vouchers will not be refunded). The refund amount will be returned to your Tencent Cloud account through the original payment method.
For packages purchased as part of a campaign, if the refund rules conflict with the campaign policies, the campaign policies shall prevail. If the campaign policies state that refunds are not supported, you are not able to apply for a refund.
In case of suspected abnormal or malicious returns, Tencent Cloud reserves the right to reject your return request.
Note
The following situations do not meet the criteria for a 7-day unconditional refund:
The Video Creation Large Model resource package has been partially consumed.
More than 7 days have passed since the successful shipping of the newly purchased Video Creation Large Model resource package.
For resource packages that are not actively purchased by you, such as free resource packages and resource packages provided by campaigns, return or refund is not supported.
If a user account is suspended due to the violation of laws and regulations, all resource packages associated with the account are ineligible for refund.
Example:
If you purchased the Video Creation Large Model resource package on May 1, 2023, and it remains unused, you are eligible for a 7-day unconditional refund from May 1, 2023 to May 8, 2023. After midnight on May 9, 2023, the resource package will no longer be eligible for return or refund.
Refund Steps
1. Log in to the Video Creation Large Model console, go to the Resource Management page, select the resource package you want to refund, and click Refund.
If Video Creation Large Model has not been activated previously, you need to click Activate Now in the console to activate it. After it is activated, you can proceed to the refund page.
2. Click Confirm Refund.
3. After reconfirmation, the refund is completed.
4. After completing the refund application, you can proceed with the withdrawal operation.
5. After the refund is completed, if you no longer require Video Creation Large Model, you can choose to deactivate it on the Settings page. Once Video Creation Large Model is deactivated, neither the root account nor its sub-accounts will be able to use any services of Video Creation Large Model. Operate with caution.
