Domain name for API request: vpc.tencentcloudapi.com.

This API is used to adjust the bandwidth of Elastic IP, including EIP billed on a pay-as-you-go, monthly subscription, and bandwidth package basis.

A maximum of 20 requests can be initiated per second for this API.
