1. INTRODUCTION
This Module applies if you use Tencent Interactive Whiteboard (“Feature”). This Module is incorporated into the privacy policy located at (“Privacy Policy”). Terms used but not defined in this Module shall have the meaning given to them in the Privacy Policy. In the event of any conflict between the Privacy Policy and this Module, this Module shall apply to the extent of the inconsistency.
2. CONTROLLERSHIP
The controller of the personal information described in this Module is as specified in the Privacy Policy.
3. AVAILABILITY
This Feature is available to users globally.
4. HOW WE USE PERSONAL INFORMATION
We will use the information in the following ways and in accordance with the following legal bases:
Personal Information | Use | Legal Basis |
User Data: Anonymous user ID (of end user), device model, operating system version, browser version, network mode, and network address | We only process this data for the purposes of ensuring the Feature functions as required, and to improve and manage the Feature and its functions. Please note that this data is stored and backed up in our TencentDB for MySQL (MySQL) feature. | We process this information as it is necessary for us to perform our contract with you to provide the Feature. |
Log Data: Network mode, type and status, network quality data, anonymous user ID (of end user), operation/action performed by the end user with the whiteboard，date and time of using the whiteboard, client network address (including region) | We only process this data for the purposes of providing the Feature to you and your end users, including to maintain the operation of the Feature, optimize you and your end users’ experience of the Feature, ensure the security of your account, and comply with applicable laws and regulations. Please note that this data is stored and backed up in our MySQL feature. | We process this information as it is necessary for us to perform our contract with you to provide the Feature. |
5. HOW WE SHARE AND STORE PERSONAL INFORMATION
As specified in the Privacy Policy.
6. DATA RETENTION
We will retain personal information in accordance with the following:

User Data | Stored for up to 30 days. |
Log Data | Stored for up to 180 days (unless you terminate your use of the Feature, in which case we will delete this data within 30 days of termination). |
