On the 1st to 3rd of each month, the total number of API calls from the previous month is calculated for settlement and the corresponding bill is generated. The system automatically deducts fees for settlement. If your account balance is negative after deduction, the face fusion product will stop service in 24 hours. Service will resume once the account balance is positive. In the case of service suspension, even if you have remaining prepaid package, resource package deduction will be paused. Once the balance is topped up to positive, the system will automatically resume resource package deduction.
To avoid affecting your normal business operations, top up your account in the Tencent Cloud console Billing Center as soon as you receive an overdue payment notification.
