For your convenience in using Tencent Cloud Face Fusion services, if the Face Fusion resource package you purchased has not been used, we support unconditional refunds within (and including) 7 days.
Seven-Day Unconditional Refund Explanation
For a single Tencent Cloud account, unused Face Fusion resource packages can be afforded a 7-day (including 7 days, commencing from the day a new order is successfully delivered) no-reason full refund, which can be processed inResource Package Management. If you have other questions about your purchase, please contact us. For orders eligible for the 7-day no-reason refund, the refund amount will be the total amount spent at the time of purchase, including the cash account balance, the transferred earnings account balance, and the gifted account balance (Deductions or vouchers are not refundable), and the refunded amount will be fully returned to your Tencent Cloud account.
For package bundles purchased as part of a promotional campaign, if the refund policy conflicts with the campaign rules, the campaign rules shall prevail. If the campaign rules specify no refunds, then a refund cannot be requested.
In case of suspected abnormalities or malicious returns, Tencent Cloud reserves the right to reject your return request.
Note
The following cases are not eligible for the seven-day unconditional refund:
Face Fusion resource packages have been partially used.
Face Fusion resource packages have exceeded 7 days from the date of new order delivery.
Resource packages that were not purchased by you, such as free quota resource packages and resource packages gifted by the campaign, are not eligible for returns and refunds.
If user accounts are discontinued due to illegal or non-compliant activities, all resource packages under the account are not eligible for refunds.
Refund Steps
1. Log in to the Face Fusion console, go to the Resource Package Management page, select the resource package you wish to refund, and click Refund. If you have not previously activated the Face Fusion service, click Activate Now in the console. After the service is activated, you can then proceed to the refund page.
2. click Confirm Refund.
3. After final confirmation, the refund will be completed.
4. Once the refund application is completed, you can proceed with the withdrawal operation.
5. After the refund is completed, if you need to stop using the service, you can choose to deactivate it on the Settings page. After deactivation, neither the root account nor its sub-accounts will be able to use any Face Fusion services. Please proceed with caution thereafter.
