      1. API Description

      Domain name for API request: mariadb.intl.tencentcloudapi.com.

      This API is used to expand the dedicated TencentDB instance.

      A maximum of 20 requests can be initiated per second for this API.

      2. Input Parameters

      The following request parameter list only provides API request parameters and some common parameters. For the complete common parameter list, see Common Request Parameters.

      Parameter Name Required Type Description
      Action Yes String Common Params. The value used for this API: UpgradeDedicatedDBInstance.
      Version Yes String Common Params. The value used for this API: 2017-03-12.
      Region Yes String Common Params. For more information, please see the list of regions supported by the product.
      InstanceId Yes String ID of the instance to be upgraded. It is in the form of tdsql-ow728lmc, which can be obtained by querying the instance details through the DescribeDBInstances API.
      Memory Yes Integer Memory size in GB, which can be obtained through the DescribeFenceDBInstanceSpecs API.
      Storage Yes Integer Storage space size in GB. You can obtain the disk space limits by querying instance specification through the DescribeDBInstanceSpecs API.
      SwitchAutoRetry No Integer Whether to retry again when missing the switch time window. Valid values: 0 (no), 1 (yes).
      SwitchStartTime No String Switch start time
      SwitchEndTime No String Switch end time

      3. Output Parameters

      Parameter Name Type Description
      FlowId Integer Async task ID
      RequestId String The unique request ID, generated by the server, will be returned for every request (if the request fails to reach the server for other reasons, the request will not obtain a RequestId). RequestId is required for locating a problem.

      6. Error Code

      The following only lists the error codes related to the API business logic. For other error codes, see Common Error Codes.

      Error Code Description
      FailedOperation.CreateFlowFailed Failed to create the flow.
      InternalError.DbOperationFailed Failed to query the database.
      InvalidParameter Parameter error.
      InvalidParameter.InstanceNotFound Failed to find the requested instance.
      InvalidParameterValue.IllegalExclusterID The dedicated cluster to which the database instance belongs was not found.
      InvalidParameterValue.SpecIdIllegal The specification information of the database instance was not found.
      ResourceNotFound.NoInstanceFound The specified database instance was not found.
      ResourceUnavailable.InstanceAlreadyDeleted The database instance has been deleted.
      ResourceUnavailable.InstanceStatusAbnormal Incorrect database instance status. Operations are not allowed.
      UnauthorizedOperation.PermissionDenied You have no permission to manipulate this API or resource.
      UnsupportedOperation.InvalidOperation The operation is not supported.
