Expiration Reminder

The CDS service will send expiration alert messages within seven days before expiry. The alerts will be sent to the Tencent Cloud account creator, global resource Collaborator, and financial Collaborator via Email and SMS.

Overdue Payment Reminder

On the day of and after the CDS service expiry, the system will send debt isolation alert messages. These alerts will be sent to the Tencent Cloud account creator and all Collaborators via Email and SMS.

Repossession Mechanism

Within seven days before the CDS expiry, the system will send renewal reminder notifications.
If your account balance is sufficient and auto-renewal is enabled, the service will be automatically renewed on the expiration date.
If your CDS service is not renewed before or on the expiry date, the system will suspend the service approximately 24 hours after expiry (CDS service will stop and only data will be retained).
You can renew and retrieve the service from the overview page within seven days after the service suspension starts.
If your CDS service is not renewed within seven days after suspension (including the 7th day), the system will release the resources about 24 hours after the 7 days of suspension. Data in the expired security audit service will be purged and cannot be recovered.
