PRIVACY POLICY MODULE HEALTHCARE OMICS PLATFORM

1. INTRODUCTION
This Module applies if you use Healthcare Omics Platform (“Feature”). This Module is incorporated into the privacy policy located at Privacy Policy. Terms used but not defined in this Module shall have the meaning given to them in the Privacy Policy. In the event of any conflict between the Privacy Policy and this Module, this Module shall apply to the extent of the inconsistency.
2. CONTROLLERSHIP
The controller of the personal information described in this Module is as specified in the Privacy Policy.
3. AVAILABILITY
This Feature is available to users in globally.
4. HOW WE USE PERSONAL INFORMATION
We will use the information in the following ways and in accordance with the following legal bases:

Account Information: UIN and username. | We use this information to provide the Feature to you. Please note that this data is integrated with our Cloud Log Service (CLS) feature for this purpose. Please note that this information is stored in our TencentDB for MySQL feature. To provide the Feature to you, we also process this data through integration with our features as follows: CIAM (Customer Identity Access Management) CVM Cloud Server CFS File Storage TKE Container Service VPC Private Network TDSQL-C Cloud Native Database | We process this information as it is necessary for us to perform our contract with you to provide the Feature. |
Troubleshooting Data: UIN, username, IP address, Client IP, Description, URL, Source IP, Application description, Request ID, Access time, DNS domain name, Error message, Network type, Output, Resource ID, Single step debugging information, State. | We use this information for the purpose of analyzing the reasons for errors or failures and troubleshoot such problems. Please note that this information is stored in our TencentDB MySQL feature. To provide the Feature to you, we also process this data through integration with our features as follows: CIAM (Customer Identity Access Management) CVM Cloud Server CFS File Storage TKE Container Service VPC Private Network TDSQL-C Cloud Native Database | We process this information as it is necessary for us to perform our contract with you to provide the Feature. |
5. HOW WE STORE AND SHARE PERSONAL INFORMATION
As specified in the Privacy Policy.
6. DATA RETENTION
We will retain personal information in accordance with the following:

Account Information: UIN and username. | With respect to the purpose of maintaining and improving our services, such data is stored until you terminate/delete your Tencent Cloud International account, in which case we will delete this data within 30 days of such termination. |
Troubleshooting Data: UIN, user name, IP address, Client IP, Description, URL, Source IP, Application description, Request ID, Access time, DNS domain name, Error message, Network type, Output, Resource ID, Single step debugging information, State. | Stored for 180 days. |
