CLB Resource Package Refund Policy

Refund Policy
For a single account, self-service refund is supported for Cloud Load Balancer (CLB) resource packages that have not expired and are not effective.
Once a CLB resource package is used, refund or extension is not supported.
We may reject a refund request if we suspect refund abuse.
For orders eligible for refund, the refund amount is the total amount spent at the time of purchase, including the cash amount, profit transfer-in amount, and gift account amount.
Note:
Discounts and vouchers will not be returned.
The refund amount will be fully returned to your Tencent Cloud account.
Refund Process
1. Log in to the Tencent Cloud Resource Package console or select CLB > LCU Resource Package from the list page in the CLB console.
2. On the LCU Resource Package Management page, click Refund in the Operation column of a resource package.
3. After confirming the refund information is correct, click OK.
