This API is used to add resources to a bandwidth package, including Elastic IP, Cloud Load Balancer, and so on.
A maximum of 20 requests can be initiated per second for this API.

NetworkType | No | String | The network type of the bandwidth package. Valid value: BGP , indicating that the internal resource is a BGP IP. |
ResourceType | No | String | The resource type, including Address and LoadBalance . |
Protocol | No | String | The protocol type of the bandwidth package. Valid values: ipv4 and ipv6 . |
