Billing Overview

The Pro edition supports meetings with a maximum of 100 participants and a maximum duration of 24 hours. In addition, the Pro edition provides more value-added features, such as larger cloud recording space and more participants who can enable the video simultaneously, meeting your requirements in business, education, training, and other scenarios. The Pro edition will be available through a paid subscription mode and you can subscribe to it on a monthly or annual basis. The Free edition supports meetings with a maximum of 100 participants.
The maximum duration is 24 hours for a meeting with 2 participants and 60 minutes for a meeting with 3 to 100 participants.
Note:
The maximum number of participants and the duration are determined by the account edition of the meeting initiator. You do not need to pay additional fees for attending meetings of the Pro or Free edition.

Purchase Method

1. First, you need to upgrade the VooV Meeting client to version 3.27 or later.
2. After logging in to the account of Free edition, you can click your Avatar in the VooV Meeting client and then click Upgrade Now in the personal profile to purchase the membership.

Precautions

The price of the Pro edition of VooV Meeting displayed on your page shall prevail:
If the page displays the local currency, you can pay in the local currency.
If the page displays USD, it will include the price converted into the local currency. When you make the payment, the bank will generally convert it to the local currency.
The Pro edition of VooV Meeting does not support refunds currently. If you encounter any issues during the purchase process, contact us through the following customer service hotline.
