Sharing Resources with Any Account

Last updated: 2024-12-09 15:15:13
The sharer can share resources with any shared user, regardless of whether the sharer and shared user have joined the group account.

    Application Scenario

There are several scenarios for sharing resources with any account:
    1. Sharing Outside the Group Organization
The cloud platform accounts that have not joined the group account can share resources with a single cloud platform account.
Administrative accounts or members of group accounts can share resources with a single cloud platform account outside the group account.
    2. Sharing Inside the Group Organization
Administrative accounts or members of group accounts can share resources with other member accounts inside the same group account.
    Note:
Only same entity sharing supported outside the group organization: For sharing outside the group organization, it is only supported to share with other cloud platform accounts that have the same entity real name as the sharer.
Cross-group organization sharing not supported: If the sharer is an administrative account or member inside the group organization, the shared user is not allowed to join another group organization.
It is not supported for dealers and sub-dealers to use the resource sharing function in the Group Account Console.
