5-Day Unconditional Self-Service Return

Refund Policy

The instance product of TDMQ Pulsar Version in the monthly subscription mode complies with Refunds of Tencent Cloud. If you are not satisfied after purchasing a cluster, we support 5-day no-reason self-service refund. The specific rules are as follows:
For each entity, within 5 days (including the 5th day) from the date of new instance purchase, you can enjoy 1 instance's 5-day unconditional return. The refund amount is the full amount spent at purchase, including cash account amount, earnings transferred to the account, and gift account amount.
If a suspected abnormal or malicious return occurs, Tencent Cloud has the right to reject your return request.

Refund Amount and Methods

Vouchers used at the time of purchase cannot be returned. Non-voucher fees used at the time of purchase will be refunded to the payer's Tencent Cloud account based on the payment method (cash/free credit) and payment ratio.

Partial Refund

For prepaid cloud products that do not meet the rule of unconditional full refund within five days, the return and refund instructions are as follows:

Refund Policy

The unit price and discount are subject to the current promotional offers of the system.
For products purchased as part of an event, if the refund rules conflict with the event rules, the event rules shall prevail. If the event rules state that refunds are not supported, you are not able to apply for a refund.
Self-service refund is not supported for promotional reward channel orders. Submit a ticket to initiate a refund application.
If a suspected abnormal or malicious return occurs, Tencent Cloud has the right to veto the return application.

Refund Amount and Methods

Refund amount = amount paid for the order - amount of consumed resources
Calculation method: based on usage duration
Consumed amount = (usage duration ÷ total duration) × original order price × current discount
Note:
If the usage duration is less than 1 day, it will be calculated as 1 day. The current discount will be matched according to the usage duration based on the current system discount.
