Note:
If you are a customer of a Tencent Cloud partner, the rules regarding resources when there are overdue payments are subject to the agreement between you and the partner.
Pay-as-you-go
Overdue Payment Warning
Warning Type | Description |
Overdue Payment Alert | The system deducts fees for pay-as-you-go clusters every hour. When your account balance becomes negative, we will notify the creator of your Tencent Cloud account, as well as global resource collaborators, through email and Short Message Service. |
Overdue Payment Warning | This feature is turned off by default. To use it, you can follow the instructions in the overdue payment warning guide to enable it. |
Overdue Payment Handling
When your account balance becomes negative, the pay-as-you-go clusters can still be used and billed for one day. After a day, the pay-as-you-go clusters will stop charging and automatically shut down and enter the Recycle Bin.
Time After Automatic Shutdown | Description |
≤ 7 days | If you top up your account to a positive balance, billing will continue and the cluster will recover. |
| If your account is not topped up to a positive balance, the cluster cannot be recovered. |
> 7 days | If your account is not topped up to a positive balance, your pay-as-you-go cluster resources will be recycled and released, and all data will be cleared and cannot be recovered. When the cluster resources are recycled, we will notify the creator of your Tencent Cloud account and all collaborators through email and Short Message Service. |
Note:
When not using a pay-as-you-go cluster, please destroy it in time to avoid further charges.
Once a cluster is recycled and released, the data will be cleared and cannot be recovered.
Since your actual resource consumption may change constantly, some slight discrepancies may exist in the low balance warning.
