1.INTRODUCTION

This Module applies if you use Tencent Cloud TCHouse-D ("Feature"). This Module is incorporated into the privacy policy located at ("Privacy Policy"). Terms used but not defined in this Module shall have the meaning given to them in the Privacy Policy. In the event of any conflict between the Privacy Policy and this Module, this Module shall apply to the extent of the inconsistency.

2.CONTROLLERSHIP

The controller of the personal information described in this Module is as specified in the Privacy Policy.

3.AVAILABILITY

This Feature is available to users globally but primarily intended for users located in the same country/region as the selected service region for optimal performance.

4.HOW WE USE PERSONAL INFORMATION

We will use the information in the following ways and in accordance with the following legal bases:

Log Data: Log time, Log level, Thread name, Thread ID, Class name, Method name, Code line number, Log content (SQL codes, execution records, error messages)
We only process this data for the purposes of providing the Feature to you, including monitoring cluster operations (i.e., troubleshooting and recording cluster usage) 

Please note that if you elect for our log analysis service, this data is also stored in our Cloud Log Service or Tencent Cloud ES feature (depending on your choice).
We process this information as it is necessary for us to perform our contract with you to provide the Feature.
Monitoring Data: Backend (BE) machine monitoring, BE compaction monitoring, BE query monitoring, BE load monitoring, Frontend (FE) machine monitoring, FE query monitoring, FE load monitoring, Scheduling and transaction monitoring, JVM monitoring, Slow query statistics, abnormal tablet statistics
We only process this data for the purposes of providing the Feature to you, including to ensure the Feature functions as required (eg. data storage, query execution, user request processing, query parsing and planning, metadata management, and node management) and troubleshooting.

Please note that this data is interdependent with our Tencent Cloud Observability Platform (TCOP) feature.
We process this information as it is necessary for us to perform our contract with you to provide the Feature.

5.HOW WE STORE AND SHARE PERSONAL INFORMATION

As specified in the Privacy Policy.

6.DATA RETENTION

We will retain personal information in accordance with the following:

Log Data
Such data will be stored until you terminate your use of the Feature and/or destroy your cluster, in which we will delete this data 7 days thereafter.
Monitoring Data
Stored in TCOP for 1 month.
