This document shows you the Cloud Exchange (CX) fee alert and arrears handling for Direct Connect.
Service Suspension due to Arrears:

CX instance | 1 day | 7 days | The account is in arrears for 8 days and the account balance remains negative. |
Arrears protection period: When the account balance is negative, resources will continue to provide services and fees will continue to be deducted.
Service suspension isolation period: When the account balance is negative, resources will stop providing services and fees will stop being deducted. Resources will be temporarily retained. After the account balance is recharged to a positive value, the service and billing will be automatically resumed.
Termination time: When the account balance is negative and the termination time is reached, the system will initiate the termination of resources. Once the termination action is executed, the resources cannot be recovered. Please be aware.
