Overdue Payment Reminder
Alarm Type | Description |
Arrears reminder | The system will deduct fees for pay-as-you-go clusters at each full hour. When your account balance becomes negative, we will notify the Tencent Cloud account creator, as well as the overall resource collaborator and financial collaborator via email and SMS. |

Arrears Handling
When the account balance becomes negative, the pay-as-you-go clusters can continue to be used and incur fees for up to 2 hours. After 2 hours, the pay-as-you-go clusters will stop incurring fees, automatically shut down, and enter the recycle bin.
Time After Automatic Service Suspension | Description |
≤15 days | If the account is topped up and the balance exceeds 0, the billing will resume, and the cluster will automatically be recovered. |
| If the account balance is not topped up to exceed 0, the cluster cannot be recovered. |
＞15 days | If the account balance is not topped up to exceed 0, the pay-as-you-go cluster resources will be possessed and released, and all data will be cleared and unrecoverable. When the cluster resources are possessed, we will notify the Tencent Cloud account creator and all collaborators via email and SMS. |
Note
Promptly terminate any pay-as-you-go clusters when they are no longer in use to avoid continued fees.
Once a cluster is terminated, all data will be cleared and cannot be recovered.
Due to potential changes in your actual resource consumption, there may be some discrepancies in the balance warning.
During the arrears isolation period, associated products such as network fees and data storage (CBS) will continue to be charged until the account balance becomes negative.
