Order management

A customer order is an order generated after a customer purchases or activates a Tencent Cloud service. If the reseller uses a Tencent Cloud service, a reseller order will be generated.

View customer orders

1. Log in to the Tencent Cloud console with a reseller account.
2. Click Customer Business > Order Management.
3. Customer orders include monthly subscription orders and pay-as-you-go orders.
4. Customer monthly subscription orders: You can view the order details and pay or cancel orders in Pending payment status.
5. Customer pay-as-you-go orders: You can view the order details.



View reseller orders

1. Log in to the Tencent Cloud console with a reseller account.
2. Click Billing Center > Order Management.
3. Reseller orders include monthly subscription orders and pay-as-you-go orders.
4. Monthly subscription orders: You can view the order details and pay or cancel orders in Pending payment status.
5. Pay-as-you-go orders: You can view the order details.
