    Order management

    A customer order is an order generated after a customer purchases or activates a Tencent Cloud service. If the reseller uses a Tencent Cloud service, a reseller order will be generated.

    Directions

    1. View customer orders:

    (1) Log in to the Tencent Cloud console with a reseller account.

    (2) Click Customer Business > Order Management.

    (3) Customer orders include monthly subscription orders and pay-as-you-go orders.

    (4) Customer monthly subscription orders: You can view the order details and pay or cancel orders in Pending payment status.

    (5) Customer pay-as-you-go orders: You can view the order details.

    2. View reseller orders

    (1) Log in to the Tencent Cloud console with a reseller account.

    (2) Click Billing Center > Order Management.

    (3) Reseller orders include monthly subscription orders and pay-as-you-go orders.

    (4) Monthly subscription orders: You can view the order details and pay or cancel orders in Pending payment status.

    (5) Pay-as-you-go orders: You can view the order details.
