1. API Description

Domain name for API request: live.tencentcloudapi.com.

This API is used to create a recording template. You can create up to 50 templates. To use a template, you need to call the CreateLiveRecordRule API to bind the template ID returned by this API to a stream.

A maximum of 200 requests can be initiated per second for this API.
