This API (ModifyBackupConfig) is used to modify the database backup configuration.
A maximum of 20 requests can be initiated per second for this API.

Valid values: 00:00-12:00, 02:00-06:00, 06:00-10:00, 10:00-14:00, 14:00-18:00, 18:00-22:00, 22:00-02:00. |

If the archive backup is enabled, this period cannot be greater than archive backup period. |
