Enter the Operation and Maintenance Dashboard page

    1. log in to WeData console.
    2. Click Project List in the left menu, and find the target project to View Operations Dashboard.
    3. After selecting a project, click to enter the Data Development module.
    4. Click Operation and Maintenance Dashboard in the left menu.

    O&M Dashboard

The Operation and Maintenance Dashboard displays summary information for Data Development Tasks. Key operation metrics are highlighted in chart form, including Task Overview, Instance Overview, Instance Running Trend, Instance Duration Ranking, Scheduling Resource Usage, Scheduling Resource Usage Trend, Scheduling Resource Group Instance Change Trend, Task Status Trend, Task Status Distribution, Task Cycle Distribution, and Instance Status Distribution.

    Filtering

All/My Responsibilities: Toggle between all tasks in the project or the tasks for which you are responsible in the statistical information.
Person in Charge: Specific responsible persons' task statistics can be viewed.
Workflow Name: Specific workflow statistics within the project can be viewed.

    Overview Information

The Overview Information compiles key metric data of computing tasks and task instances.
Task Overview: Statistics include total tasks, tasks in scheduling, paused tasks, offline tasks, daily tasks, hourly tasks, and minute tasks.

Instance Overview: Statistics include total instances, running instances, waiting to run instances, waiting for upstream instances, waiting for event instances, successful instances, and failed instances.

    Instance Running Trend

You can view the trend chart of instance quantity over time and see the trend based on specific task types or instance statuses.
    Note:
For daily granularity data, the instance quantity at 12:00 on that day is displayed.

    Instance Duration Ranking

Instance Duration Ranking can filter by timestamp for the last 12 hours, last 1 day, last 7 days, and last month to rank computing task instances by waiting time and runtime duration in descending order. It supports filtering by scheduling cycle type. Users can click More Information to go to the detailed computing task instance page for more comprehensive information.
Running Time Ranking: The Running Duration Ranking allows you to identify task instance runtime durations to optimize performance and improve overall efficiency. You can identify resource-intensive computing tasks and prioritize the most time-consuming tasks or allocate more resources to enhance overall computation efficiency. The ranking also serves as a performance metric for computing task code quality, prompting redesign and optimization for frequently long-running tasks.
Waiting Scheduling Time: This metric indicates the duration an instance spends in a waiting state before being scheduled. The instance may wait due to insufficient scheduling resources or concurrency. Sorting by waiting scheduling time can help address these delays.

Click More Information to jump to the Instance Operations Page. The instance list is automatically sorted in descending order for easy access to detailed information.

    Scheduling Resource Usage

Displays the status and resource usage of scheduling resource groups bound to the current project. You can view the status, CPU usage rate, memory usage rate, concurrency usage rate, disk usage rate, running instances number, waiting instances number, and tasks in scheduling number. Clicking on the running instances number, waiting instances number, or tasks in scheduling number allows you to view the corresponding task/instance list.

    Scheduling Resource Usage Trend

Displays the change trends of CPU utilization, memory usage, concurrency usage, and disk usage over time for the Schedule Resource Group.

Trend of Scheduling Resource Group Instance Changes

Displays the change trends of the number of running instances and the number of waiting instances over time for the Schedule Resource Group.

    Task Status Trend

Task status trend and viewing the number of tasks in different statuses over time. Supports filtering by scheduling period, task type, task status, and time.

    Task Status Distribution

Task Status Distribution Diagram shows the proportion of current computing tasks in different statuses using a ring chart. Can filter by task type.

    Task Period Distribution

Task Period Distribution shows the proportion of currently published computing tasks with different scheduling periods using a ring chart, highlighting the proportion of different types of tasks for better observation and focus.

    Instance Status Distribution

Instance Status Distribution Chart shows the proportion of task instances in different running statuses using a ring chart. You can filter by execution resource group to see the distribution of task instance running statuses under different execution resources. Filter by task type to view the status distribution of different types of computing tasks. It helps quickly understand task running statuses. When instances are in a failed or other abnormal status, it helps identify issues and quickly respond with optimizations and adjustments.
