Note:
During the operation of Quality Monitoring Tasks, issues such as network or resource problems may cause abnormalities, such as link disruptions or execution timeouts.
You can use this feature to configure alarms for Quality Tasks. When a Quality Task encounters an abnormal situation, the system will send a notification immediately.
Configure Task Alarm
When a Quality Task encounters abnormalities during operation, such as link disruptions or execution timeouts, alarms will be sent to the person in charge, allowing them to detect and address issues promptly.
Note:
Regarding the task execution status, here are the possible situations:
Task Execution Failure;
Task Execution Successful;
Task Execution Time Out;
Task Completion Time Out;
Task Waiting for Scheduling Time Out.
Step 1: Enter the Quality Task List
Go to Ops Management > Quality Task Interface, click Configure Task Alarm, and enter the New Alarm Page.
Step 2: Add Monitoring Object
You can select Monitoring Tasks as the monitoring object. Check the tasks you need to monitor and click OK.
Note:
Multiple Monitoring Tasks can be selected at once.
Step 3: Set Alarm Conditions
You can set alarm conditions: task execution failure, task running time timeout, task completion time timeout, task waiting for scheduling timeout.
Note:
Task running time and task waiting for scheduling timeout both indicate that when the duration exceeds the threshold, an alarm is triggered
Task completion time timeout indicates that when the task completion time point exceeds the threshold, an alarm is triggered.
Step 4: Set Alarm Notification
Here you can set the alarm level, method, recipient, frequency, and do not disturb time.
Step 5: Completion
After setting all the content, click Complete button to submit the information.
Step 6: Alarm on-off
1. Go to Ops Management > Quality Task interface, in the quality task list, click View Alarm to view Rule details and Alert Information in the action bar.
2. At the same time, you can check the status of alarm on-off and also toggle the Alarm On-Off button.
