Out-of-plan usage fees
When the free MAUs in the official plan has been used up, the excessive MAUs will be automatically billed in a pay-as-you-go mode.
MAU definition:
MAU (Monthly Active Users) is calculated based on the GUID of each device. A GUID is a unique ID generated for each app on each device. When an app is uninstalled and reinstalled, a new GUID is generated. Each GUID that opens a mini program one or more times within a month is counted as one MAU.
MAUs counting rules:
MAU is counted when any of the following three events are triggered within the app: Search mini program APIs, pre download mini program, or open mini program.
MAU pricing:
|
Fees | 0.015 USD/MAU/month | 0.01 USD/MAU/month |
Notes:
1. If another billing mode is agreed with your sales rep, please refer to the contract.
2. Pay-as-you-go mode applies only to official TCMPP plans. POC plans does not support pay-as-you-go mode.
