This document introduces the status of Mobile Performance Monitoring Service when the account is overdue.
Postpaid Overdue Policy
Service Suspension
Your mobile performance monitoring service is still available within 24 hours after your account has overdue payments, with a service suspension notification displayed on the console. You need to recharge your account to make the balance greater than or equal to 0 on time during this period to avoid affecting your business.
Within 7 days after your account has overdue payments over 24 hours, your mobile performance monitoring service will be suspended, will stop reporting data, and stop charging. You can view the reported historical monitoring data on the console and use the service after recharging (balance > 0).
Service Termination
If your account has overdue payments for more than 7 days, your business system will be automatically terminated, and the data cannot be recovered.
