You have selected a product provided by Tencent Cloud Computing (Beijing) Co., Ltd. (“Tencent Cloud Beijing”). Tencent Cloud Beijing’s services are only available where Chinese mainland is selected as the service region or where a Chinese mainland version of a product is available. When you select Chinese mainland as your Service Region or by purchasing a Chinese mainland version of a product, Tencent Cloud Beijing will be the service provider for that product and your use of such services will be subject to the Tencent Cloud PRC Service Region Terms. Personal information processed by Tencent Cloud Beijing will also be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy (PRC Addendum) . You also acknowledge that Tencent Cloud Beijing’s services are provided in accordance with applicable Chinese mainland laws, including on data processing, storage and export, which may differ from the requirements and protections afforded under the laws that are applicable to you.

We make no representation as to the provision of the Services or whether the Services will be fit for purpose if you select Chinese mainland as the Service Region or purchase a Chinese mainland version of a product. Such selection shall be at your own risk and we shall not be held liable for any damages or losses. By selecting Chinese mainland as the Service Region or purchasing a Chinese mainland version of a product, you represent and warrant that such selection for the provision of Services complies with and shall continue to comply with applicable laws, including but not limited to the procuring of valid informed consents from your end users to the extent required by applicable laws you may be subject to and in accordance with the Tencent Cloud PRC Service Region Terms, and that you shall indemnify Tencent Cloud and its affiliates in respect of any damages or losses arising as a result of breach of the foregoing.
