Billing Components
Chat offers two billing methods:
Package prepaid: Purchase first, then deduct. Purchase by cycle, valid from day T to day T of the next month. For example, if purchased on March 1, 2023, it is valid from March 1, 2023, to April 1, 2023.
Pay-as-you-go: Billed by calendar month. Fees incurred in a calendar month will be deducted within the first 3 days of the next month.

| Cloud Push | Prepaid | Provides a one-stop app push solution to easily enhance user retention and interaction activity. |
Excess MAU | Postpaid | A single user's login to Chat in a month counts as 1 MAU, repeated logins by the same user are not accumulated. Excess MAU refers to the postpaid charges incurred when the usage exceeds the free MAU quota during the period of the Chat Monthly Package. | |
| Community Message Volume | Postpaid | Convenient for online community members to receive group related changes in a timely manner. Message types include ordinary messages (messages actively sent by group members) and notification messages (some changes in the community, including join/leave notifications, group profile change notifications, system notifications, etc.). |
| Cloud search | Postpaid | Help users quickly and conveniently find the expected information from massive amounts of complex data. It can also be used as an operations tool to easily and efficiently navigate to extensive content. |
| Text translation | Postpaid | Support users in setting the source language and target language to achieve instant online translation of text messages. |
| Cloud Push | Postpaid Must be used with prepaid cloud push | Postpaid charges incurred after exceeding the free quota during the use of cloud push. |
